napfcheck Frei Schnauze is the ideal supplement for anyone who wants to feed flexibly and in line with requirements. Even with a varied diet, it makes sense to regularly supplement certain nutrients for dogs.

The natural salt and trace element content of fresh food ingredients is usually not sufficient to meet the dog's high requirements.

The need for vitamin E increases accordingly with a higher intake of essential fatty acids.

Dogs cannot produce vitamin D themselves through UV light and are therefore dependent on an external supply from their food.

In the case of B vitamins, nutrients are lost through storage and preparation.

Enough reasons to create a suitable supplement. Frei Schnauze closes these gaps with a low daily dose and therefore high acceptance.

Our aim is to develop demand-oriented supplements that also meet other quality criteria such as compatibility and acceptance.

Indications

  • Nutrient supplement without calcium for all adult dogs, for exclusively or partially self-prepared food rations.
  • When additionally feeding a calcium source such as eggshell powder or calcium gluconate.
  • Also for supplementing additive-free ready-made feed such as pure meat cans, feed sausages or frozen food (barf/raw meat).
  • For daily and long-term administration

Negative indications

  • Some dogs react sensitively to changes in food or the addition of supplements in the short term. This can manifest itself, for example, in a change in stool consistency or different drinking behavior. In this case, it is advisable to increase the dosage of the supplement slowly and over several days up to the daily dose.
  • The probability of intolerance to this product is low. If problems such as vomiting, diarrhea, rash or severe itching occur spontaneously, please contact your veterinarian to clarify the causes of the illness. Abnormalities are usually caused by the actual feed or a spontaneous illness and not by this supplement.

Nutrient supply

The typical self-prepared rations without supplements but with a calcium source such as eggshell powder show significant gaps in the nutrient supply (Fig. 1). These should be filled with appropriate supplements (Fig. 2).

* The black horizontal line shows the supply of the demand at 100%.
